How to Play & Controls
The objective is timeless: guide your digital serpent to consume the glowing red data packets (food). Each packet consumed increases your length and boosts your score. Crashing into your own tail or a solid boundary will result in a system failure.
- Desktop / PC: Navigate the grid using the Arrow keys or the WASD keys. Press P to pause the action at any time.
- Mobile Devices: You have two seamless control options. Simply swipe anywhere on the game canvas to change direction instantly, or use the tactile on-screen D-Pad located below the arena for maximum precision.
- Wall Mode Toggle: Click the "🧱 WALLS ON" button to switch to "👻 WALLS OFF" (Ghost Mode). In Ghost Mode, hitting the edge of the grid will teleport you to the opposite side instead of ending the game, opening up entirely new routing strategies.
Scoring & Pro Strategies
If you want to maximize your score, you need to understand how the system rewards calculated risks:
- Difficulty Multipliers: Playing on Easy is great for practice, but stepping up the challenge significantly boosts your points. Normal mode doubles your score per food, Pro multiplies it by four, and surviving Extreme yields a massive 7x multiplier!
- Grid Management: As your snake grows longer, the center of the grid becomes a hazard. Practice riding the outer edges and creating organized, zigzagging patterns to keep your tail from cutting off your escape routes.
- Ghost Mode Exploits: When the walls are disabled, use the screen-wrapping mechanic to your advantage. If a data packet spawns far away, diving straight through the nearest boundary is often the fastest and safest way to reach it.
